Qteal

It is one of our most interesting and challenging projects so far!

Qteal is an IT company working differently. Their “Teal” way of working stands for a culture of ZERO bosses, full transparency and even an open-wage setting. That is also what got us excited: their way of working!

The challenging part is creating content for Qteal since most of their time is spent coding and sitting behind a computer. But we love a challenge, don’t we?

Current situation:

We are working quite extensively with Qteal. It does not only include Social Media management but also funnel management through online and offline strategies to ensure they can inspire future co-workers about what a great place it is to work at Qteal. We even organize the monthly meet-ups of their hybrid team!
