Vincent has an organic restaurant concept in the South of France where the products are sourced exclusively from his own farm or local traders. "Nous sommes des gens de la Terre" is his slogan.
We were immediately sold during a dinner at his beautiful place in the south of France, the only downside being that we stumbled upon it by chance, as there was no online presence.
The job became clear right away: to show this concept to more people, and the results were, rightly, aligned with that goal.
